KBS Corporate ranked number one for UK deal volume

We are delighted and proud to announce that KBS Corporate has been ranked number one for deal volume having completed 51 transactions throughout 2015.
The 2015 UK advisor league tables from Zephyr show that KBS Corporate completed 51 mid-market deals throughout 2015 and sit top of the pile for the volume of deals completed. Other names within the top 20 include KPMG, Goldman Sachs and Ernst & Young.
Published by electronic business information publisher, Bureau van Dijk, Zephyr is one of the world’s most comprehensive databases of Merger & Acquisition; IPO; Private Equity; and Venture Capital deal information on almost 1.4 million deals worldwide.
The table, which ranks advisors who act on behalf of outgoing shareholders, caps a record breaking year for KBS Corporate, with more completions than ever before.
During 2015, KBS Corporate also announced that it had acquired a two-acre business park in Bolton , Greater Manchester, which will become its new home and also provide a base for a business incubator to help high growth companies in the town. The move comes amidst a 40% increase in employee numbers throughout the past year in response a growing client base.
We are also creating a business centre to provide office space for up to 10 young, high growth enterprises. Companies will be offered a range of services including mentoring from corporate finance experts at KBS Corporate and access to potential investors.
Deals completed by KBS Corporate throughout 2015 include the highly publicised double acquisition of Route Monkey Ltd and DCS Systems Ltd by Trakm8 Holdings Ltd for £9.1m and £3.2m respectively.
