BM Fasteners acquired by Tibbetts Group

BM Fasteners founder Brian Morris has praised Oliver Rigby, KBS Corporate Deal Executive, for the “grand job” he accomplished with the sale of the business.

Based in the West Midlands, BM Fasteners commenced trading in 2019 and has established a strong reputation as a manufacturer and distributor of industrial threaded fasteners and turned parts to a range of international markets.

Having worked in the industry for 45 years, Brian was seeking to retire and instructed KBS to facilitate a sale of his company, with the opportunity attracting strong interest.

A deal was struck with Banbury-based Tibbetts Group, which specialises in supplying high-quality engineered parts to the automotive industry and also provides components to the aerospace, construction and security sectors.

The transaction was led by Oliver Rigby, with help from KBS colleagues Millie Wilde, Research Analyst, who secured interest from acquirers, and Daniel Calderbank, Document Writer, producer of the marketing materials which highlighted the opportunity.
