The majority of whom have been with AMC Print Solutions for over five years. The company has developed a reputation for excellence due to investment in the latest technology from respected brands including, Epson, Ricoh, OKI and Samsung. The shareholders instructed KBS Corporate with the sale of their business in order to allow them to pursue other business ventures.

Following the implementation of a stringent research strategy the opportunity attracted 33 interested parties, with majority of interest being sourced from trade. The successful offer came from Total Managed Document Solutions and will allow them to increase their position within the printing sector.
