K3 Capital Group named amongst the UK’s top 3 Financial advisers by Experian

We are delighted to announce that K3 Capital Group PLC has been named within Experian’s top three financial advisers, by volume of deals completed, for the calendar year 2021.

Experian’s latest Market IQ report shines a spotlight on the UK Mergers and Acquisitions market throughout the past 12 months, as businesses “pushed forward with strategic transactions put on hold when the pandemic hit”.

The level of UK dealmaking in 2021 has been described as nothing short of unprecedented, with almost every UK region recording double digit year-on-year growth in the volume of transactions completed.

K3 was ranked amongst the leading advisers for every UK region for the first time within Experian’s report, which has placed us overall within the top three financial advisers alongside Grant Thornton and BDO.

John Rigby, Group CEO, commented on the announcement: “This impressive achievement has been enabled through a concerted effort from our M&A teams, which have contributed to the incredible growth in the number of transactions completed by the Group throughout 2021, in addition to several significant new hires and overall positive movements within the UK M&A industry as a whole.”

Our most notable performances include the East of England, where we completed 46% more deals than any other adviser, North West, where we completed 64% more deals, and Yorkshire and Humber where K3 also placed first for deals completed.
