K3 Capital Group PLC Named as the UK’s Most Active Advisor for First Half of 2021

KBS Corporate is proud to report that its parent company, K3 Capital Group PLC, has been named the UK’s most active adviser for the first half of 2021 in Refinitiv Global Mid-Market M&A Review.

Our Group completed 167 qualifying deals between January and June, which a year-on-year increase of 90 deals and sees K3 Capital Group completing almost 25% more deals than any other UK adviser. This result comes amidst a bumper year for UK M&A, which has seen a year-on-year increase of 80% in total deal volumes – a strong indicator that the M&A market is recovering to pre-pandemic levels.

The report cements K3 Capital’s position as the UK’s most active adviser, having previously being named as such during Refinitiv’s Q1 2021 report. It also sees the retention of the title from the same period of 2020.

In addition to this K3 Capital’s global performance has seen the group improve from ninth position to fifth when comparing the first half of 2020 and 2021. This strong performance is reflected in the European listing where K3 Capital has climbed up two places to third.
