KBS Corporate named UK’s most active adviser for first nine months of 2018

The latest Thomson Reuters Small Cap M&A Review has been released and confirms KBS Corporate have again retained the title of the UK’s most active adviser for the first nine months of 2018.
KBS Corporate completed a total of 90 deals, 45% more than our next nearest competitor.
This accolade follows KBS Corporate being named the UK’s most active dealmaker for the entirety of 2017, and 2018 so far, paying testament to the talented team at KBS Corporate, and across the K3 Capital Group.
Some of the recent deals completed by KBS Corporate include the acquisition of Ashmount Flooring Supplies by Headlam Group, the acquisition of Chilli Telecom Limited by Communicate Better and the sale of PP Control & Automation to Ardenton Capital Corporation.
