KBS Corporate nominated at Insider Dealmakers Awards
KBS Corporate have been shortlisted in the Insider Dealmakers Awards 2018 for Deal of the Year, within the £10m-£50m category.
KBS Corporate have been shortlisted in the Insider Dealmakers Awards 2018 for Deal of the Year (£10m to £50m).
The deal nominated is the deal between Superbike Factory Limited, the UK’s largest independent supplier, and Livingbridge EP LLP, which KBS Corporate advised on.
Well known across the North West as a market-leader, Superbike has established itself as one of the key employers within the region, and the resulting investment by Livingbridge is expected to create yet more job opportunities within the region.
Livingbridge’s investment in Superbike will support the company’s plans to accelerate growth through the opening of a new site in the South of England, increased marketing initiatives, more opportunities for staff and provision of added-value services for its loyal customers. The deal is being financed by Livingbridge’s Enterprise 2 Fund, which raised £220m when it opened in October 2015.

The winner will be announced on 18th October 2018, as the North West’s M&A professionals come together in Manchester to celebrate excellence within the industry.
