KBS Corporate Oversaw the Sale of Eminence Transport Limited and Floryn Limited

Eminence Transport Limited is a specialist provider of general haulage and logistic solutions to clients across South East England. Floryn Limited, which provides a range of warehousing solutions, including reverse logistics, cross-docking and unit picking, was also included in the sale. Catering to a variety of sectors, the Group has established a prominent position within its sector and is held in high regard for the quality and reliability of its offering, which has ensured the longevity and strength of its client base.

The shareholders of the Group instructed KBS Corporate with the sale of their business to allow them to take the necessary steps for eventual retirement.

The Group proved highly popular attracting 78 interested parties, the majority of whom came from trade with some investment interest. The successful offer came from UK trade buyer EFS Global. The group was highly acquisitive in 2022 acquiring Tom Moorhouse & Son, in Huddersfield, Andante Freight, in Bradford, and Pegasus Express, which operates in Aberdeen, Inverness, Glasgow, Dundee and Preston.
