Our Group has been named the UK’s leading adviser by deal volume in the Refinitiv EMEA Mid-Market Insight for January and February 2021. We achieved this by advising on 52 deals during the first two months of 2021.
Our Group has been named the UK’s leading adviser by deal volume in the Refinitiv EMEA Mid-Market Insight for January and February 2021. We achieved this by advising on 52 deals during the first two months of 2021. This is almost a year-on-year increase of 75% and twice as many deals as any other adviser.
The results come off the back of a record-breaking period for our Group, as we completed 200 deals throughout 2020, with the Group’s M&A Division, which includes KBS Corporate, reporting particularly strong performance in recent months driven by large volumes of transactions.
