This is a very rare scenario, however, using your own legal advisor can result in sellers being faced with legal fees for an abortive sale, where the deal has not completed through no fault of their own.
    • Our agreement with Gateley plc ensures that fees only become payable when the transaction completes, which is unheard of in the general legal market.
