Pitchbook Names K3 Capital Group the UK and Ireland’s Most Active for 2021

We are delighted to announce that K3 Capital, our parent company, has been named the most active M&A advisor in the UK & Ireland for 2021 by Pitchbook. Last year, our Group completed 279 qualifying deals; over 86% more deals than any other UK adviser.

2021 was a record-breaking period for European M&A, which saw a 56% increase in M&A transactions completed year-on-year and was achieved due to the adaptivity of advisors, acquirers, and investors, who were able to adjust to the challenges brought upon us by the pandemic.

It is widely believed that the momentum built last year will continue throughout 2022, especially within the UK market which is primed to see continued high levels of transactions and largely credited to the vast consolidation opportunities available to acquirers and investors – both domestic and overseas.
