In recent days we have been made aware of an overseas company, that allegedly undertake debt recovery work, taking advantage of our reputation and status by using our company name, logo and registered office address.
We have informed our lawyers and provided them with evidence of this activity and the matter is now in their hands. We also understand that the FCA is aware of their actions and are undertaking their own investigations.
