K3 Capital Group Named UK’s Most Active Business Sales Adviser
KBS Corporate’s holding company, K3 Capital Group, has been named the UK’s most active adviser in the Refinitiv Mid-Market Review for the first half of 2022.
Our Group completed 149 qualifying deals within the first six months of the year, 50% more than our nearest competitors.
Deals completed during this period include the sale of Aurora Manufacturing Ltd and Venture Polymers (UK) Ltd, two highly respected recycling companies, to Belgian based Ravago.
We also assisted RDS, an R&D tax credits specialist, in a multimillion-pound investment deal with Business Growth Fund (BGF). This deal provides RDS with a platform to accelerate the business’ growth plans.
The report also places K3 Capital Group as the third most active adviser in the European market and seventh worldwide.
This strong performance so far has enabled out Group to retain our position at the top of the Refinitiv rankings and puts K3 Capital in a strong position heading into the second half of the year.
