KBS Corporate Oversees Acquisition of Trelawny Landscaping

Trelawny Landscaping Limited is based in Cornwall and provides hard and soft landscaping and turf services. The business was established in 1995 and became incorporated in 2003. Over the years Trelawny Landscaping Limited has developed an excellent reputation and gained NHBC Pride in the Job Award in 2019 and SMAS Worksafe certification.

The shareholders of Trelawny Landscaping Limited instructed KBS Corporate with the sale of the business in order to facilitate their retirement plans.

Following discussions with the shareholders KBS Corporate implemented a research strategy with a primary focus on trade buyers.

The successful offer came from Agave Landscape Limited, a trade buyer who intends to grow through acquisitions.
