K3 BECOMES EUROPE’S NO 1 MID-MARKET BUSINESS SALES ADVISER

K3 Capital Group’s position as the UK’s No 1 business sales adviser has been further strengthened in the latest statistics produced by Refinitiv.

Having improved our ranking to second position in Q1 2023 for the number of mid-market deals completed in the European region, we have now taken over the top spot – emulating our placing in the UK.

That comes due to being the only company in the top 15 of either the UK or European lists to have increased our number of transactions in H1 2023, with an increase of almost 10% on the equivalent period in 2022.

On the global ranking list, K3 Capital Group, the holding company of KBS Corporate, is up to second position having been eighth for the same period last year.

In the UK, the 171 deals K3 completed in the first half of 2023 is 121 more than our nearest competitor.

The continued success and growth of the Group is reflected in our ambitious recruitment programme, with the number of employees having risen to well over 600 amid sustained investment in onboarding, training and development. The Group’s graduate programme will receive its next intake of 12 new team members in September 2023.

Among the biggest deals on which K3 has advised in H1 2023 are the sales of AC Electrical Ltd to Storskogen, which is listed on NASDAQ Stockholm; events industry insurance specialist InEvexco Ltd to AssuredPartners, the 11th largest insurance broker in the US; and Taylor Lane Timber Frame Ltd to housebuilding specialist Cala Group.
