K3 RETAINS UK NO 1 BUSINESS SALES ADVISER RANKING FOR 2023

K3 Capital Group has kept the top spot in the LSEG (formerly Refinitiv) mid-market UK business sales adviser ranking for 2023 – and is No 2 for the whole of Europe.

The 336 deals we completed during 2023 put us well clear of every other adviser in the UK and also meant we climbed from fourth position for 2022 to second place in the European list.

In the global ranking chart, K3 Capital Group, the holding company of KBS Corporate, is up to fourth having been seventh at the end of 2022.

The UK statistics show the 336 deals K3 completed throughout 2023 is more than three times the number of our nearest competitor.

The continued success and growth of the Group is reflected in our ambitious recruitment programme, with the number of employees having risen to over 700 amid sustained investment in onboarding, training and development. The Group’s graduate programme received its latest intake of 19 new apprentice team members in September 2023.

Among the deals on which KBS Corporate advised during 2023 were the major investment into green energy market leader Project Better Energy from private equity house Freshstream; the sale of AC Electrical to Storskogen, a company listed on NASDAQ Stockholm; and the sale of commercial leasing company McNicoll Vehicle Hire to Avis Budget Group.
