In a transaction led by Tom Eatough, KBS Corporate Director, PDJ Vibro was the subject of a strategic acquisition by SurfacePrep, a Michigan-based leading provider of surface enhancement solutions.
The acquisition marks a significant milestone in SurfacePrep’s expansion strategy, aimed at enhancing its presence in the UK and leveraging PDJ Vibro’s expertise and established brand.
