The key to our success
Our vastly experienced team
We have a hand-picked team of Corporate Financiers who have owned, run and exited their own companies across a variety of sectors, giving them the knowhow and expertise to provide lead advisory for our clients’ business sales.
Our Boutique Service
Every company sale is unique – and that’s exactly the approach we implement. Working with only a select few clients at any time, we put your company at the heart of our process with a tailor-made service in which we give you all the time and attention you and your business deserve.
We maximise value
Priding ourselves on going beyond the traditional methods of valuing a company, we strive to exceed your expectations. From our initial meeting with you, we will identify all the key ‘value drivers’ of your business to generate a truly competitive bidding environment.
Global buyer reach
We have a long-established track record of facilitating transactions with overseas acquirers. Our database contains details of millions of companies throughout the world and we maintain relationships with buyers seeking to invest in the UK.
‘All of market’ targeting
Our thorough buyer identification strategy encompasses the full range of acquirer types, from trade and private equity investors through to MBOs/MBIs, family offices, IPOs, EOTs and alternative investment vehicles.
