KBS Corporate oversees completion of Delcor sale

Delcor Ltd is a manufacturer and retailer of bespoke furnishings for a range of clients across the UK. Founded in 1967, the company has established an excellent reputation within its sector. This is supported by Delcor Ltd being awarded the Manufacturing Guild Mark.

Having built the business for several years, the company shareholders, Enrico Petini and Janet Petini, approached KBS Corporate with the sale of their business in order to facilitate their retirement plans. KBS Corporate was able to identify 50 interested parties which came predominately from trade, with some interest generated from Private Equity buyers. Succession Ltd made the final offer, as a part of the firms build and buy strategy. It is thought this will be the first of many acquisitions for Succession Ltd and could led to further bolt on acquisitions.
