Tobias Read joined KBS Corporate straight from university, stepping into his first role in sales as a Graduate Corporate Business Executive. Here, he talks about his first year with the business, the support he has received from his team and managers, and how that nurturing environment has helped him grow in confidence and capability…

“Working at KBS Corporate has been a highly rewarding experience, particularly as this is my first role in sales. I have been here for a year and I can honestly say my skills have developed significantly during that time.

“The people make a huge difference. Everyone is approachable, easy to talk to, and always willing to help. There is a strong team spirit, with a genuine desire for everyone to succeed, and I have made some great friends along the way.

“The managers have also been incredibly supportive and I always feel comfortable approaching them with questions or concerns, knowing they will take the time to listen and offer guidance.

“One thing I truly value is that hard work does not go unnoticed. When you put in the effort, there are real opportunities to grow and progress. I have been given chances to take on more responsibility, build my confidence, and recently move into a new role that is helping me develop even more skills for the future.

“There is also a strong social side to the company, with regular team events and incentives, as well as weekly football games that bring everyone together.
