Crown Precision Engineering acquired by Beakbane

Crown is passed to a new owner

Crown Precision Engineering, a Buckinghamshire-based supplier of machined components, has been sold in a deal advised upon by Charles Needham, KBS Corporate Transaction Adviser.

Incorporated in 1996, Crown Precision provides CNC machining, fabrication and laser cutting services for clients across the UK in multiple industries including aerospace, automation and railways.

The Bletchley-based company has been acquired by Beakbane, one of the world’s leading manufacturers and distributors of machinery protection systems.

With a history dating back to 1954, Kidderminster-based Beakbane was attracted to Crown Precision in the mission to further enhance its ability to provide high-quality, complex engineered products.

The combined business can offer an increased range of services and products to its extensive customer base.
