OH Services acquired by Latus Group

Occupational health company OH Services (OHS) has been sold to Latus Group in a transaction advised upon by KBS Corporate.

OHS, based in Lincolnshire and with a second clinic in Hull, commenced trading in 2000 and is a prominent regional provider of high-quality health surveillance to a large client base, protecting employees and preventing risks in the workplace.

Highly regarded for delivering specialised bespoke medical assessments tailored to the needs of the oil and gas, maritime and safety-critical industries, OHS has built a strong reputation for its expertise in conducting a range of industry-specific medicals.

Latus’ acquisition of OHS further strengthens the group’s medical expertise and creates additional capacity for the combined customer base while increasing geographical reach.

Based in Hull, Latus Group works with businesses across a variety of sectors to support their staff in achieving healthier working lives through proactive, preventable healthcare that fulfils regulatory compliance, improves colleague health and wellbeing, and enhances employee engagement.

By acquiring OHS, Latus now has greater access to the strategic markets of maritime, oil and gas and offshore renewables, and plans to invest in additional strategic locations such as Aberdeen and Norwich to service these industries on a national scale.
