KBS finds a guardian Angel for care company

Almond Care, a supported living provider based in London, has been sold to Angelcare PLC in a deal advised upon by Jay Singh, KBS Corporate Finance Director.

A domiciliary care agency which specialises in services for adults with learning disabilities, autism, associated conditions and complex needs, Almond Care began trading in 2014.

The company has built strong relationships with a number of local authorities that refer service users, including the London boroughs of Bromley, Croydon and Wandsworth, and NHS South East London’s Care Commissioning Group.

Having grown significantly since its inception and earned a reputation for delivering exceptional supported living services, Almond Care has been acquired by Angelcare.

Harrow-based Angelcare is a leading provider of nursing care services for seniors, and the acquisition marks a strategic milestone in the company’s mission to expand its geographical reach and diversify and enhance its service offering in supporting vulnerable communities.
