Minster Fine Foods acquired by Kiril Mischeff

Minster Fine Foods has become the second company sold by KBS Corporate to long-established food and ingredient supplier Kiril Mischeff in just over a year.

Established in 1993, Minster, based in Bourne, Lincolnshire, is an importer and supplier of European delicatessen meat products, catering to retailers, wholesalers and other food service businesses.

Minster specialises in Spanish and Italian charcuterie products, pate, meatballs, frankfurters and pizza toppings.

In a transaction advised by Andrew Dodd, KBS Corporate Director, Minster has joined Annessa Imports in the Kiril Mischeff Group. Annessa became part of the Kiril Mischeff portfolio in October 2024 at the culmination of another deal which KBS oversaw.

Kiril Mischeff is a Worksop-based food and ingredient supplier which was founded in 1935 initially as a UK agent for fruit producers in Bulgaria.
