DAVE GARDNER APPOINTED KBS CORPORATE FINANCE MANAGING DIRECTOR

We are pleased to announce the promotion of Dave Gardner to the role of Managing Director of KBS Corporate Finance.

Dave formally joined K3 seven years ago upon its flotation having worked alongside the Group for several years previously and was a founding member of the KBS Corporate Finance team. During this time, Dave has played a critical role in helping to build the team and has led an array of high-value clients to successful exits across a range of buyer types.

Moving forward, we know Dave will leverage his knowledge and experience to develop the department further, in line with our ambitious growth plans.
