It's Clean acquired by Orian Solutions

It’s Clean, a Yorkshire-based commercial cleaning company with a “terrific heritage and brand”, has been sold to Orian Solutions Group.

Based in Harrogate, It’s Clean has been operating across North and West Yorkshire since 1999 and has clients in a wide range of sectors including offices, schools, GP surgeries, care homes, manufacturing, hospitality and events.

KBS Corporate was instructed to advise on the sale of It’s Clean and once an introduction had been made to Orian, it became clear the two companies were a natural fit with “fantastic synergies”.

Carlisle-based Orian is jointly owned by Westmorland & Furness Council and Cumberland Council and provides contract cleaning and food services, predominantly to clients in the public sector.

David Whan, Managing Director of It’s Clean, and his team will continue to lead the business, ensuring continuity as they build forward within the Orian Group.

The collaboration will combine Orian’s strong governance, service quality and commitment to social value with It’s Clean’s commercial experience, enhancing the Group’s ability to deliver flexible, high-quality facilities services across both public and private sectors throughout the North of England.
