MJS IT Services acquired by Tela Technology

Both the vendor and the acquirer of MJS IT have publicly recommended KBS Corporate’s service following the company’s sale to Tela Technology (Tela).

MJS IT Services, based in Kidderminster, began trading in 2003 and operates nationally as a highly regarded provider of IT solutions for SMEs.

To facilitate further growth under the impetus of new ownership, shareholders Matt and Anne-Marie Simms instructed KBS to advise on a sale of the company.

The process resulted in MJS being acquired by Tela Technology, which is headquartered in Birmingham and has a network of offices throughout the UK.

Tela provides communication solutions and IT business services to companies of all sizes. Its offering incorporates mobile, fixed-line, connectivity and broadband, unified communications and IT managed services.
