Compliance Hub acquired by BioPhorum

Compliance Hub has the opportunity to become part of “a truly global platform” following the company’s sale to BioPhorum, in a transaction advised by KBS Corporate.

Steve Gray, founder of Norfolk-based Compliance Hub, is excited by the potential for the company he established in 2009, which delivers creative compliance solutions to the pharmaceutical and healthcare industries.

The company offers training, consultancy and audit services to a broad client base, including pharma companies and their commercial and associated agencies working within the life sciences sector.

In a transaction advised by Tom Eatough, KBS Corporate Director, with legal services provided by K3 Law, Compliance Hub was sold to BioPhorum — a global collaboration group that brings together experts from biopharmaceutical companies, suppliers and regulators to address common challenges within the industry and drive innovation.
