KBS scoops Insider’s ‘Deal of the Month’

KBS Corporate has secured recognition from prominent publisher Insider Media, the UK’s most successful regional B2B media company, by being awarded its Deal of the Month.

Insider’s website sees over 250,000 unique users, boasts 200,000 subscribers for its magazine, hosts 140 market-leading events including award dinners, and is the UK’s only nation-wide network of regional news emails with 140,000 subscribers.

The winning deal regards the major private equity investment KBS Corporate facilitated for a multi-award-winning global design engineering consultancy, specialising in data centre solutions.

Our client, Black & White Engineering, was founded in 2007, delivering innovative and high-quality MEP (mechanical, electrical and plumbing) design engineering solutions for a wide range of industries.

Black & White’s investment from private equity company Waterland Private Equity was overseen by the KBS Corporate Finance Team of Dave Gardner, Managing Director, Anne Pritchard and Mughees Saleem
