Complete Dental Solutions acquired by HiSpace

Complete Dental Solutions UK (CDS), a specialist in the design and manufacture of dental and medical furniture, has been sold to healthcare fit-out company HiSpace.

Founded in 2015 and based in Liverpool, CDS supplies clinic design and installation packages, which include dental chairs, machinery and bespoke cabinets and reception desks, to trade businesses and the public sector in the UK.

CDS undertakes its manufacturing and fabrication in-house, utilising custom state-of-the-art equipment, and has become renowned for the exceptional quality of its product range and craftsmanship.

In a transaction led by Andrew Dodd, KBS Corporate Director, CDS was sold to HiSpace, a leading provider of interior design and fit-out services to UK healthcare and veterinary practice owners.

Based in Ellesmere Port, HiSpace, founded by Ryan Devenish, creates innovative clinical environments, providing an end-to-end solution in the flow strategy, design, project management and construction of practices.

With our combined expertise under one roof, we will be able to provide a streamlined service from project concept to completion – design, project management, manufacturing and equipment.”
