Copperwaite Fleet Management acquired by Philip Hedley

Copperwaite Fleet Management, a vehicle repair and testing specialist, has been sold in a transaction advised on by business sales company KBS Corporate.

Formed in 2000, and located in Keighley, West Yorkshire, Copperwaite is a DVSA-approved provider of maintenance services for all types of motor vehicle, and an MOT testing centre.

Having experienced significant growth since its inception, the company has achieved an outstanding regional reputation thanks to the strength of its relationships with 200 active clients who have provided ongoing repeat custom, some for over a decade.

Copperwaite’s shareholders, David and Samantha Avison, instructed KBS on a sale of the business that would facilitate their retirement plans.

The acquirer was Philip Hedley, the director of Mitsiland, an automotive service and repair specialist based in Greater Manchester.
