Riverside banks on national recruitment group for growth
Riverside Recruitment, a well-established, multi-sector recruitment agency, has become part of a larger group following a sale advised by KBS Corporate.
Based in Midsomer Norton, Somerset, and founded in 2007, Riverside provides temporary and permanent recruitment services across the South West of England, covering multiple specialisms.
The company prides itself on connecting people and businesses through honest advice, personal service and lasting relationships.
In a transaction advised by Charlie Neville, KBS Corporate Deal Executive, Riverside has been sold to Astri Holdings, joining a group which also comprises Active Staff and Elevation People Solutions.
Announcing the acquisition, Riverside stated that “while our values remain exactly the same, this new partnership gives our clients access to even greater resources and support”.
As well as a larger team of recruitment specialists working across multiple sectors, the benefits of the expanded infrastructure include national reach across the UK; advanced recruitment technology and CRM systems for an enhanced hiring process; and increased compliance and insurance support for additional peace of mind.
“Riverside Recruitment has been a standalone business in Midsomer Norton and we are excited to share that we are now part of a national recruitment group alongside Active Staff and Elevation People,” said Lisa Armstrong, Group Operations Director.
“This, of course, enables us to offer a wider service, which we were somewhat restricted with in the past.
“The team remains the same, all very capable and dedicated recruitment consultants who are here to support people and businesses in working together.”
KBS Corporate’s Charlie Neville expressed his thanks to law firm Alston Asquith “for their support and efficiency when dealing with the legal aspects” of the transaction.
