Paul Webber, the shareholder of Micom Engineering Limited, instructed KBS Corporate with the sale due to lifestyle changes.|The opportunity proved highly popular attracting 98 interested parties, the vast majority of whom came from UK trade. KBS Corporate was able to utilise this interest to generate a competitive bidding environment. The successful offer came from Northend Holdings Limited, as part of their acquisition via growth strategy.
